Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via India Post, and urgent orders are sent through DTDC.

💰 Shipping charges via India Post starts at ₹49 for up to 500 grams and may vary based on the total order weight.

📦 Delivery usually takes 3–10 days, depending on your location.

📍 Please provide a complete and accurate address with a valid phone number, and be available to receive delivery calls.

⚠️ If your package is returned due to incorrect details or unavailability, a reshipping charge will apply. No refunds.

📧 Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or email. Kindly track your order regularly, as delivery responsibility lies with the customer after dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unboxing & Complaint Policy

To be eligible for any kind of complaint or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Complaints raised without an unboxing video will be strictly declined, without exception.
Unboxing Video Guidelines:
The video must begin by showing the parcel clearly from all sides (360°).
The video must be continuous, with no edits, cuts, pauses, or trims.
Any deviation from these guidelines will result in automatic rejection of the complaint.

Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to courier-related issues such as weather conditions, traffic, or operational constraints.
For urgent orders, kindly inform us in advance via WhatsApp at (+91) 73531 11675, mentioning your expected delivery date.
If a private courier service is opted for, shipping charges may vary accordingly.

Address Accuracy & Order Confirmation

Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete, including the correct PIN code and contact number.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details, the customer will be required to bear the re-shipping charges.
As our team works diligently to dispatch orders at the earliest, we request you to carefully review all order details before submission.
Once an order is placed, Sahyadri Quest cannot make any changes to the order details.
